• Does Matsubara Hotel count on a late check out policy?
  The late check-out alternative is free, but depends on the room availability. During peak periods, for example, this possibility is remote.

 

• Is there an extra cost for the "pillow buffet" offered by the hotel?
  All types of pillows offered by the hotel are available to the guests in theirs rooms and are complimentary.

 

• If I want to carry my own beverage, is there an extra fare?
  The Hotel doesn't charge a ‘cork-fare’ for alcoholic beverage (except for beers). Besides, we may provide glasses/cups, ice and napkins.

 

• How many rooms have hot tubs?
  The Luxury and Suite rooms have hot tubs. For the suites the hot tubs offer whirlpool.

 

• In what neighborhood is Matsubara Hotel located?
  We are located in a privileged spot in Capivari neighborhood.

 

• What are the leisure options in the hotel?
  The Gym Room is equipped with imported Reebok devices and dumbbells. There’s also a Games Room (pool and table tennis), sauna, sauna's pool and DVD in the rooms.  All these options are complimentary.

 

• Should I carry my own movies or you have options for rental?
  The Hotel offers about 200 movies from all kinds (children, adventure, drama, classics, and shows). Guests are allowed to watch them for free.

 

• Until what time is the breakfast served?
  Our breakfast is served until 11 am.

 

• Do you offer rooms without carpets to allergic people?
  We have rooms with wood carpet to receive guests with eventual restrictions.

 

• What’s the hotel's aquarium like?
  Actually it's a Japanese-style tank with carps and ornamental fishes, with a cascade of natural rocks.
